Any claim for defective merchandise must be reported to Sugarboo and Co. within five (5) business days of delivery. Sugarboo and Co. does
not accept returns on first quality merchandise for any reason. Contact Sugarboo and Co. in the event you receive defective merchandise as all
returns must be approved in advance by Sugarboo and Co. We do not refund shipping charges for damages or defects and you agree to not dispute
payment for those fees.


We ship either FedEx Ground Shipping. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, and/or nationally observed US holidays. Online orders can take 1-3 business days for order processing which is not included in the shipping timeline. Within the order processing time you will be updated as to any changes in availability or items in your order. Once shipped, you will receive and shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. Orders may be split across multiple shipments, and items ordered together may not be shipped on the same day.
